By accessing or using Reef Metrics, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Reef Metrics is an aquarium management application that allows users to track water parameters, log test results, and monitor the health of their reef and saltwater aquariums.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Reef Metrics offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Reef Metrics offers both free and premium features. Some features are only available to users with an active subscription. We reserve the right to modify which features are included in free and premium tiers.
You retain ownership of any data you enter into Reef Metrics, including water parameter readings, tank information, and other content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Reef Metrics does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The data and recommendations provided by the Service are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for aquarium management decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reef Metrics and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of livestock, or damage to aquarium equipment, arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
